Versioning can be turned on in the system settings.
This system gives the option of saving updates to a page but not publishing the updates straight away. When editing a page there will be two buttons at the bottom of the page. The "Save Page" one will not publish the changes.
A version is created each time a user saves a page. The list of all versions is visible by clicking on the right hand tab "Versions".
The versions can be previewed, edited (any changes will be saved to a new version) or be given a memorable name.
You can also publish versions from this tab.
A new feature has been added in v5.2.36 enabling versions to be published at a specific date or time.
This option can be found next to the publish button in the versions tab.
There are also repeat options avaliable if things need to appear on specific days of the week or times of the year.
